Who We Are
We have lived along the Colorado Front Range for more than 20 years (we both grew up in New York, but got here are fast as we could). Now living in a house built in 1902 in the Cap Hill neighborhood of Denver, we realize how fortunate we are to have ended up in such a wonderful city and state.
As long-time mortgage lenders (we’ve been helping people finance their homes since 2004) our goal is to make our clients feel as fortunate as we do to live and own a home in Colorado.
How do we do that?
We achieve that goal in a simple and straightforward way – by learning why you want to buy a home or refinance your current mortgage, and then clearly explaining the various loan options that are available for your situation. A house is the biggest investment most people will ever make, and we want it to be the best investment you will ever make. When we compare loan options for you, we present those options to you in the form of a Total Cost Analysis. After reviewing your Total Cost Analysis, you will be supremely confident that the loan you choose is the best one for you.
We are one of the very few husband and wife teams to repeatedly be awarded the 5 Star Professional Award from 5280 Magazine, an award based on overall satisfaction and customer service. Most of our business is from referrals from past clients, a sure sign that we are doing things correctly.
On the personal side, we both enjoy the Colorado lifestyle to the fullest. Avid road bikers, we make several long-distance treks each year. Whether it’s biking up and over one of the mountain passes, or participating in the 3-day Pedal the Plains ride, we just can’t get over how beautiful Colorado is from the seat of a bike. When we get the competitive itch, we turn to marathon running. There’s really no better place to get in shape for a marathon than Colorado, and we have both qualified for the Boston Marathon (yes, Debbie did it before Chris).
We’ve got two great kids, both of whom live nearby in Denver. Our families live in Upstate NY – Deb’s on the Canadian border near Lake Champlain, and Chris’s in Lake Placid in the Adirondack Mountains.
